ABOUT THE POSITION
The Warranty team is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract at our Canada Headquarters located in London, Ontario. Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the Bilingual Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our warranty consumers by responding to requests and inquiries with accurate information in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
