We are looking for a Bid Specialist who will manage the bid preparation process, coordinate documentation, and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of proposals. The role supports the development of bid strategies, collaborates closely with internal teams, and contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of bid responses
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 2+ years of experience within a sales organization, supporting RFP responses and bid project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong understanding of bid management processes, proposal documentation, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant bids aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and project management skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
It would be great if you also had
- Exposure to AI‑driven sales platforms and sales process automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance models, including data privacy and compliance standards.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and bid management tools such as Loopio.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage end‑to‑end responses to customer RFx requirements in collaboration with sellers and SMEs.
- Ensure bid processes are followed and submissions are accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Draft, review, and develop bid proposal content by consolidating inputs from multiple internal teams.
- Conduct initial bid assessments to identify key requirements, risks, and dependencies, and support bid strategy development.
- Maintain and update bid documentation, libraries, templates, and tools (e.g., Loopio) to drive efficiency and consistency.
