About the Role:
Coordinate end-to-end bid and tender submissions, ensuring all proposal documentation is organized, complete, and delivered on schedule.
Prepare and compile proposal materials including company profiles, capability statements, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Work closely with the Head of PDS and project teams to gather information, structure proposal content, and meet tight submission deadlines.
Develop proposal presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and competitive tenders.
Maintain and improve internal bid templates, proposal libraries, and documentation databases to support efficient bid preparation.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong academic performance is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, with a keen eye for professional presentation quality.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership while meeting deadlines.
