We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid response process—from kick-off to final submission—bringing structure to timelines, coordinating inputs across Sales, Product, Consulting, Legal, and Finance, and ensuring every response is clear, compliant, and compelling. You’ll also help strengthen how we work by improving templates, maintaining our knowledge library, and driving continuous improvements that increase quality and speed as we scale.

About the Team
Our bid management team is globally distributed, with colleagues across Serbia, the US, the UK, Malaysia, and Penang supporting bid delivery. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement.

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone, with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
