Your Mission

As part of the boxxe sales team you’ll play a meaningful role in scaling a fast-growing technology company. How you’ll fit in to the big picture

Strategically plan and manage all Tender submissions.  Oversee all responses to Request for quotes, Invitation to tenders and other requests that are published on various frameworks with the objective of securing future public sector business, to help achieve company targets. Manage daily workload being mindful of daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working within the Bids & Frameworks team to increase turnover of successful tender submissions.
  • Identifying new opportunities through public sector PINs and notice boards.
  • Monitor bids mailbox’s and distribute, record and follow up on opportunities
  • Working with the Group Head of Bid Management to develop and implement bid strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Attend/co-ordinate  bid qualification calls with various boxxe stakeholders.
  • Manage new opportunities including submissions, writing and collation of tenders
  • Source bid pricing and producing tenders for submission within published timelines.
  • Provide data and monthly reports where necessary
  • Process a variety of bid/deal registrations related to public sector opportunities
  • Oversee the entire bid lifecycle: from initial qualification to final submission.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather accurate content
  • Verify adherence to client requirements, legal standards, and internal processes.
  • Tender QA - Conduct quality checks for accuracy and presentation
  • Track bid outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance and error-free submissions
  • Manage large tenders by working closely with internal teams
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

 

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Knowledge of vendor frameworks, public sector procurement rules, and IT solutions (hardware/software/services) (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience with bid or framework management (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the IT & Technology industry (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
  • Develop compelling win themes and value propositions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for persuasive proposals.
  • Strong verbal skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
  • Effective personal organisation and planning
  • Familiarity with AI-driven RFP tools for efficiency (desirable)
  • IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
