As a BI Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building scalable analytics solutions that inform business strategy and operational performance. Build Scalable Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards using strong data modeling and DAX best practices.
Transform Data into Insight: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights on cost, utilization, and performance.
Deliver Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain SSRS reports for scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs.
Partner with the Business: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, ask the right questions, and translate ambiguity into structured, data-driven solutions.
Design Efficient Data Models: Create scalable data models to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics.
Improve Processes & Accessibility: Automate workflows, enhance reporting efficiency, and increase data accessibility across teams.
Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain consistency and quality across multiple data sources.
Lead & Mentor: Contribute to best practices, support technical initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
