As part of the data team at Monks, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and marketing—helping us translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in designing, streamlining, and managing dashboards, reports, and data products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smarter decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
  • Ability to achieve a data integration process used to combine data from multiple sources into a single, consistent data store, such as a data warehouse or data lake (ETL).
  • Manage the data team backlog, acting as owner for ongoing initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions.
  • Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
  • Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio, Power BI or Tableau as a second priority).
  • Hands-on experience with Big Query preferably or other data warehouse tools
  • Ability to translate data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and product owner skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and autonomy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Mid level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a strong plus.
  • Artificial intelligence enthusiast
