Job Description & Summary
Join our dynamic team as a BI Analyst (m/f), where you will use data visualization and analytics to improve how information is consumed and decisions are made across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging modern BI technologies and data-driven insights to support impactful business decisions.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance reporting quality, support system transitions, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards end to end, including:
○ ETL processes: Extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources
○ Data modeling: Designing efficient and scalable data models
○ Visualization & publishing: Delivering actionable insights and managing access permissions
Perform business process analysis, assess current processes, and identify improvement opportunities
Participate in data migration activities from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
Technical skills:
Proficient in Power BI (minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards)
Strong experience with DAX and M language (Power Query) — must have
Experience with Power BI Service — nice to have
Basic working knowledge of SQL
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint)
Familiarity with Workbench — nice to have
Familiarity with Denodo — nice to have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA data structures
Prior experience with data migration between systems

Ability to investigate issues thoroughly and ensure quality through functional analysis
Understand the broader impact of reporting decisions on business processes
Ask the right questions to understand data and workflows
Apply structured problem-solving techniques to deliver targeted solutions
Interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights — going beyond the request to add value
Work independently, escalating only when necessary
Maintain organized code and documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and IT teams
Proficiency in English is a must
