About the role
We are looking for a structured and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with primary responsibility for developing Data insights and reporting for the Nordic Personal Injury Claims unit. This role will be a key to lead and support data-driven decision-making across all Nordic countries.
This role will report to the Head of Business Development, Personal Injury Claims.

About the team
You will be part of the Nordic Business Development team in Personal Injury Claims situated in different locations in the Nordic countries. The Personal Injury Claims country units and Strategic Partnership unit are your close collaboration partners. You will lead facilitation of our data & reporting development needs and work closely with other teams, especially Analytics & Data chapter in Claims Controlling and Analytics unit. You will be working in an open and inclusive team with great sense of humor and with a high degree of freedom and autonomy.
Who are you
You are an experienced, analytical, and self-driven professional who can turn complex data into clear insights. You have hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and you can quickly learn and combine several data sources while ensuring high data quality. You communicate fluently in English and Finnish, and you proactively collaborate across functions and countries. You take ownership, pay attention to detail when needed while keeping the bigger picture in mind, and you enjoy driving a more data-driven culture across the Nordics. You are skilled at explaining complex data in a clear and compelling way, and you thrive in environments where you can use your analytical and problem-solving skills to make an impact
You’ll also have:
Project management experience
Relevant academic degree (such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or Business)
Experience from IT & AI development, insurance, financial services, and/or the healthcare industry is a plus
