As a BI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial data into actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decision-making, and continuously improve reporting processes within an agile environment.
Your role:
Power BI Report Development: Build, develop, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Finance and business needs.
Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from diverse financial sources to ensure robust and reliable analysis.
Advanced Data Analysis: Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital teams, ensuring clarity and impact.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality.
Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams, leveraging Microsoft DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
You will be part of the global Finance Data Intelligence team and report to Director, Finance Data Intelligence.
What are we Looking For?
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, data science or a related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI in a Finance context. Experience with Power BI is a must.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, or controlling.
Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a strong plus.
Knowledge of DataBricks is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Strong communication skills, both technical and business oriented.
