Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a talented leader and Marketing and Product Strategy Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our Commercial Aircraft Parts Business team in Seattle, WA.

This role will perform critical data analysis, customer execution, and business strategy development for Commercial Parts programs. These positions are integral to the P&L management and Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) growth of the BGS Commercial Parts business. These individuals will work cross-functionally with business and functional leadership to enable and drive improvement to BGS's positioning in the commercial parts aftermarket.  The ideal candidate will: 

  • Possess a high degree of business acumen within the commercial airline industry

  • Collect and analyze data-driven information to support business objectives, opportunities & risks, market trends, and business goals

  • Evaluate scenarios to shape airplane business strategies or forecasts

  • Support internal communication of business needs to ensure alignment and shape market perception across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders

  • Identify market and product selling trends to provide insight into the aviation aftermarket and products

  • Maintain and utilizes complex, broad analytical models to respond to business challenges and external opportunities.

  

Position Responsibilities: 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Strategy Implementation and Sales enablement

  • Leverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and improve business outcomes in the following areas:

  • Customer segmentation & customer targeting

  • Regional business growth

  • Forecasting enhancements across business-critical segments

  • eCommerce sales channel development

  • Offer / Promotion development

  • Product Line enhancement

  • Communicate and align growth initiatives to sales channels. Provide commercial support & technical sales support

  • Implement strategy and align across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, Fleet Service Teams, Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations to strengthen Boeing’s product offerings

Cross Functional Collaboration 

  • Builds trusting relationships and communicates business priorities across functional business partners and Supply Chain through Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership

  • Supports the communication of data analyses and business insight to an Executive audience

  • Implements customer and program communication plans

Program Execution 

  • Supports program work structures and top-level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage monthly business results and evaluate root cause changes

  • Supports the senior managers for the business segment by coordinating program execution and metrics

  • Leads project initiatives to improve commercial part product & category performance (revenue, cost, convenience, delivery, quality)

  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 4+ years in a role requiring project/program management skills

  • 4+ years’ experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities

  • 4+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

  • 4+ years’ of demonstrated experience in data analytics, working with complex datasets to deliver actionable insights

  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in the commercial aviation industry

  • Experience in marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chain

  • Experience spearheading customer / product segmentation and analytics

  • SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 - $96,900 - $131,100/Annually

Level 4 - $127,500 - $172, 500/Annually
