Deine Rolle bei Haleon:
Sicherstellung der Umsatz-, Distributions- und Marketingziele im Verkaufsgebiet sowie das Abschließen und Umsetzen von Partnerverträgen.
Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern zur Steigerung des Abverkaufs im eigenen Gebiet.
Implementierung aller Shopper-Marketing-Aktivitäten und KAM-Aktionen am POS (Apotheke).
Sicherstellung einer effektiven Touren- und Besuchsplanung sowie deren Durchführung zur Maximierung der Produktivität im Gebiet.
Effektiver Einsatz der vorhandenen Shopper-Marketing-Maßnahmen und Kundenbudgets.
Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Informationsflusses zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zum RVL und Innendienst.
Durchführung von Kurzschulungen in der Apotheke.
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:
Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Pharmareferent/in, PTA, PKA, MTA o. Ä. oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung im Pharma‑Außendienst.
Sehr ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit um eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern sicherzustellen.
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit aktueller, vertriebsrelevanter Software (z. B. CRM-Systeme, MS Outlook) sowie mit entsprechender Hardware (z. B. iPad).
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Reisebereitschaft und Eigenmotivation sowie selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
Führerschein Klasse B
