Duration: 1 June - 1 December 2026
Work Model: Hybrid
Flexible work schedule: 20 hrs per week
Mentorship: A dedicated mentor to guide your journey

By joining us as a Legal & Compliance intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Shadow legal counsels in meetings to gain insight into the role of in-house legal professionals
Conduct regulatory legal research and case law research
Conduct due diligence on transactions
Assist with contract negotiation, drafting agreements and drafting contract summaries
Provide administrative support, upload agreements to the company designated repository
Who are we looking for?
Law student (3rd or 4th year, master’s degree, or in graduation process)
Friendly team players with great communication skills
Proficiency in English
