Job Description:

This role is responsible for executing the delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) pensions, benefit products and policies across the EMEA region. Job requirements include, but are not limited to, ensuring management of programs in line with the single process inventory standard and ensuring plans are administered to metric set standards. The role requires the implementation of governance standards and adherence to the laws, rules and regulations across the region. Partnership with Payroll, Finance and Vendor Management is also essential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the evaluation of existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements.
  • Works with the Benefits Design & Governance team to ensure all processes are accurately documented and reviewed regularly.
  • Supports and manages programs changes or corrections to programs where issues or errors occur.
  • Manages and monitors program expense payment and invoices in conjunction with Design and Governance Teams, Payroll and Finance.
  • Partners with the benefits Design and Governance Team to ensure processes are aligned to plan design requirements.
  • Evaluates routines and initiatives to identify solutions that meet business needs and priorities
