Position Responsibilities
Manage Uline’s benefits programs, including health, retirement and wellness offerings.
Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate plans and keep offerings competitive.
Own the annual benefits cycle, ensuring an excellent experience from renewals through open enrollment.
Oversee leave of absence and workers’ compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration.
Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams on accurate, seamless administration.
Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
10+ years of benefits administration or HR management experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring others.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HRIS systems. Workday a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
