š About the Role
Quantum Metric is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join the People Operations team. In this role, youāll support the day-to-day administration of our U.S. benefits programs.Ā
Youāll handle key areas such as benefits enrollment, employee education, and vendor coordination, helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience across all offerings. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and contributes to delivering competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits programs.
The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of U.S. benefits administration and a strong interest in building a career within Total Rewards.
What youāll do
As the Benefits Coordinator at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Benefits Programs. This role will help develop and administer all of QMās Benefit packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness programs, and 401(k). Youāll work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to keep programs running effectively and address employee needs.
