About the department 

Our Global Talent Management – HR Benefits team designs and administers employee benefits across 39 countries. We ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The team collaborates closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, fostering a supportive and innovative environment. Joining us means contributing to impactful programmes and gaining exposure to global HR practices.


How You Will Add Value

  • Manage UK and European benefits programmes including - retirement, leave, and well-being.

  • Collaborate with global HR and leadership to develop and align benefits strategies with business goals.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams for smooth delivery and issue resolution e.g. HR, payroll, finance, legal.

  • Partner with brokers and consultants to ensure competitive design and service quality.

  • Analyse data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Lead projects such as renewals, vendor changes, and process enhancements.

  • Communicate benefits clearly to employees including general update and awareness sessions.

  • Work alongside our HR Shared Services team to assist with general enquiries from employees and resolve more complicated cases.

  • Support special initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions or global programme rollouts.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
 

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in benefits management within multinational organisations

  • Knowledge of UK and European benefits regulations

Technical Skills

  • Data analysis and reporting expertise

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Soft Skills

  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Proven project management experience
