Wolseley Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to support the administration and optimization of our employee Benefits, Wellness, Retirement, and Recognition programs. In this role, you will act as a key subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day management of benefits programs, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate administration, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

What you will do
Serve as the subject matter expert for the day-to-day administration of Wolseley’s Benefits, Wellness, Retirement, and Recognition programs
Partner with third-party vendors and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on benefits-related inquiries
Analyze and prepare reports and data insights to support Benefits and Pension program decisions
Reconcile billing, premium payments, and invoicing discrepancies with vendors and ensure accuracy
Support Payroll and Total Rewards teams with benefits-related processes and initiatives
Maintain accurate benefits records within Workday or HRIS systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Pension and Benefits Administration (Defined Benefit pension experience is considered an asset)
Strong working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience reconciling benefits billing and vendor invoices
Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
High attention to detail with strong problem identification and resolution skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
French language skills are considered an asset

Base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 + 10% MIP Total posting range is $74,000 - $93,500 (inclusive of salary + MIP)"
