About This Position:
Our RTX HR Technology organization is seeking a Lead Benefit Integration System Production Support professional to join our team in the Bangalore office. This role is an individual contributor position responsible for Tier 2 production support of benefits integrations and systems, with a strong focus on Workday functionality and benefits data management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating employee data in Workday, creating and modifying custom reports, and supporting Workday integrations. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external benefits vendors through effective written and verbal communication.
Working hours will align with the U.S. time zone, with availability required at least until 12:00 PM EST (subject to change based on business or project needs). A high-level understanding of U.S. benefits and benefits integrations is essential for success in this role.

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university is required
Relevant certifications in Workday, HRIS, or Benefits Administration are a plus
Basic Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday (WD) is mandatory, including:
Navigation through employee data in Workday
Creation and modification of custom reports
Knowledge and support of Workday integrations
High-level understanding of U.S. benefits and benefits integrations
Experience providing Tier 2 production support in an HRIS, Benefits, or Integration environment
Ability to work aligned with U.S. time zone requirements (at least until noon EST)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Preferred Experience:
Benefit System Experience
Experience supporting benefits or HRIS integrations in a production support environment
Exposure to benefits file transmissions such as EDI, API, or flat file integrations
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools)
Experience working in a global delivery or shared services environment
Understanding of benefits lifecycle processes (enrolment, eligibility, data reconciliation)

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
