Job Description

Bellhop

The Bellhop is responsible for welcoming guests into the Serviced Residence and assisting guests with luggage and transport requirements as and when required.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist with loading/unloading luggage of guests to and from transportation
• Opening the door/Holding the door for guests
• Assist guests to arrange tours and transportation
• Provide recommendations on places of interests to visit, food etc.
• Daily newspaper delivery to rooms
• Assist guests with any ad-hoc enquiries they may have
• Assist with site inspection/rooming arrival guest
• Maintaining cleanliness of bell storage and trolley
• Sending mails/letters, etc to guest’s apartment
• Basic Shoe shine service
• Serve welcome drinks
• The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.
