AE is seeking an experienced Bell 412 Simulator Instructor to join our world-class training team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality flight simulator instruction to pilots, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company training objectives. This role is critical in preparing aviation professionals for safe and efficient operations on Bell 412 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots in accordance with FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, aircraft systems, and operational performance.

  • Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete all required documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 aircraft systems, operational procedures, and industry best practices.

  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.

  • Ensure compliance with CAE’s Safety Management System (SMS) and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Bell 412 Type Rating (preferred).

  • Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time, with significant experience on Bell 412

  • Previous experience as a flight instructor or simulator instructor (rotary-wing experience required).

  • Must be EASA, qualified

  • Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client need
