Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.About the location

The Bell Captain forms part of the Front Office team and oversees the resort front drive as well as the flow of the arrival/departure to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, homeowners and patrons.
About the role
Assists Front Office Manager & Resort Assistant Managers in overseeing the Guest Services Department.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person, phone, FS Chat and by email.
Oversees and support bellmen and doormen in their daily tasks to ensure seamless arrival & departure experience (delivering luggage to and from room, accompanying guests to their rooms, assisting valet in parking vehicles and pulling vehicles up from parking lot, and assisting with golf cart rides).
Work closely with other hotel departments, including sales and catering in coordination special guest or group needs relating to parking services, gift deliveries and bag pulls.
Conducts standards tests for members of the team and provides coaching / feedback.
Assists with Administrative duties for Guest Services including inventory upkeep and ordering, Medallia tracking and communication, and other responsibilities as assigned by rooms managers.
What you bring
Relevant work experience in a Luxury Hotel.
Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment.
Great organizational skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize
