Job Description & Summary

Become an Associate in PwC’s Tax & Legal Technology Team and help shape the future of business through data, automation and digital solutions.

Are you passionate about improving how work gets done? Do you want to use technology, data and automation to streamline processes and create better business outcomes?

Be a part of the Tax & Legal Technology team in PwC

The Tax & Legal Technology team uses data-driven insights and digital solutions to optimize operations for PwC and our clients. If you’re able to quickly absorb new information, understand business needs and identify effective tools, we would like to hear from you. You will work with diverse stakeholders and be part of a motivated, knowledgeable team.

Are you interested in helping PwC and its clients automate processes, deliver insights from data, and better understand business drivers across different companies and industries? If so, PwC could be a great fit for you.

By joining PwC’s Tax & Legal Technology team, you become part of an international group that values learning, teamwork, excellence and diversity. PwC also offers flexible career progression with diverse opportunities.

Be responsible for supporting technology roadmaps

You will play an important role in supporting our growing department with internal and external process optimization and digitalization. Automation, data and AI are strategically important focus areas for us, and you will help us drive the agenda and support the changes needed to realize the benefits. In your day-to-day work, you will have many opportunities to identify and develop solutions that positively impact our business and how we work.

You will advise diverse companies — from SMEs to large multinationals — gaining insight into various business models and industries while building your skills through engaging projects.

Your tasks will include:

  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated solutions to streamline and standardize business processes, including workflow automation and integration between systems.
  • Data & Analytics Projects: Support the design and implementation of data pipelines and data models, and use analytics tools to provide insights in financial, operational and commercial contexts.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with Tax & Legal departments to understand their needs and develop solutions that increase efficiency, improve data quality and reduce risk.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Help drive adoption of new tools and ways of working, including user training, communication, documentation and ongoing support to ensure that solutions deliver value in practice.
  • Technology Enablement: Promote the use of modern technologies and platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Power Platform and relevant automation or AI tools) and contribute to best practices for their use in client and internal projects.
  • Continuous Development: Take part in coaching, mentoring and career development programs to continuously enhance your technical and business skills.

Use your knowledge within Business Analytics

You are dedicated to technological advancement and have a strong ability to translate broad commercial objectives into practical, actionable solutions. You understand how data, automation and AI can support business goals and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Driven by curiosity, you are motivated by opportunities to combine technology with business insight, enabling you to design structured solutions that benefit internal and external clients.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have obtained (or will soon obtain) an education in data analytics, information systems, mathematics, engineering, economics or a similar field.
  • Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured, logical way of thinking.
  • Have an interest in business operations, finance and/or applying data and automation in a commercial context.
  • Are able to assist with structuring projects and ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables.
  • Are a committed team player with a positive, results-oriented attitude in dynamic environments.
  • Have experience or interest in one or more of the following areas:
    - Process automation tools (e.g. RPA or workflow automation)
    - Building or working with data pipelines and data models
    - Using AI or advanced analytics tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, OpenAI or similar) to enhance productivity and insights.

Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, student jobs or full-time roles) within data, automation, coding, software development, or digital projects will be considered an advantage.

Grow here. Go further.

As part of PwC, you become both a contributor to a market success and a member of a workplace where people genuinely enjoy being. It’s in the balance between the two that trust is built, you learn new things, and you continue to grow. Together with your colleagues, you help create innovative solutions for the business community and the society we are all part of.

Do you want to be part of our strong community?
