The Accounts Payable Intern will support to AP Team. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices; ensures all necessary supporting documentation has been obtained and filed; and build relationships with both internal employees and external vendors.

Receive vendor invoices and execute the 3-Way match for invoice entry for product receive.

Receive service invoices and obtain proper approval and documentation for invoice entry.

Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

*Goals and Activities

Depurate Generic Mailboxes: Review in a daily basis the generic mailboxes and validate if new invoices were received from suppliers.

Correct Posting of Invoices: Validate each document and post them to system for payment to vendor.

Items under Pending Action Status: Review in a daily basis the items, complete the necessary action accordingly and release the invoice in Coupa.

*Technical knowledge in Accounting, intermediate english and excel level required.

*Important to have openness to learning, proactivity and good communication.
