JOB PURPOSE
This is a critical dCom Customer Development role, with responsibility for setting the commercial strategy and leading the deployment and execution against this with CBD dCom (Customer Business Development)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1/ Planning:
- Identify Cate J2BD & Handshake with Brand team + CBD
- Develop and Execute the Channel and Category plans.
- Build and monitor plans to win market share and sales target.
- Responsible for dCom P&L under the scope.
- Representing the Customer and Channel in the S&OP Process.
2/Operation CSP:
- Monitor in-month performance: Closely work with CBD & cross-function teams, review & take appropriate actions to ensure target delivery.
- Build up promotion plan: create & execute promotion strategy based on CAT JTBD, framework & market competition landscape.
- Budget management: closely work with Finance to deliver expected performance in spending for promotion.
- Stock & Supply: Closely work with MSO to ensure stock readiness for target delivery.
- Lead S&OP workstream for assigned scope, including:
- Lead Monthly business review with cross-function teams.
- Lead full-year business planning.
- Join in monthly demand planning meeting, budget management meeting to well-execute in month.
- Perform system task on-time.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years experience in Trade Marketing, or eCommerce in FMCG/retail.
- Having dCom & NRM experience is a plus.
- Commercial and Channel strategy creation and execution
- Skilled at evaluating commercial opportunities and selling ideas across 6Ps
- Managing senior stakeholders across CD and BU
- Performance management + S&OP
