• Explore and develop business opportunities in innovative small molecule drugs across Agilent’s full portfolio, driving pharma business to meet growth goals.
• Track the regulatory landscape and understand market trends, collect first-hand market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, leading innovative pharma companies, CROs/CDMOs, and relevant regulatory stakeholders to enable early adoption of new technologies and solutions.
• Support the development and execution of solution-driven, customer-centric workflows that address critical challenges in innovative small molecule drug discovery, development, and quality control.
• Working together with Sales, Marketing and Solution team to develop, optimize and implement pharma business strategy.
• Master’s degree (> 8 years of experience) or Ph.D. (> 5 years of experience) in pharma or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical platforms and technologies used in pharmaceutical and small molecule drug analysis, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business opportunities.
