Bizagi’s world-class sales organization is scaling globally to capture the surge in demand for AI-powered process automation. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and develop our BDR teams across North America (NORAM) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). This leadership role is critical for driving new customer acquisition and ensuring consistent pipeline generation across regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage BDR teams in NORAM and EMEA, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute regional prospecting strategies to ensure alignment with global sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to optimize lead generation programs and outbound campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics, ensuring targets are met and reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and tools (CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent Bizagi’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across regions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing BDR or SDR teams in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in outbound sales strategies, pipeline development, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and performance analytics.
