Position Summary You will lead commercial and scientific engagement with hospitals and healthcare professionals across Vietnam. You will build trusted relationships, design activity plans, and use data to guide decisions. You will work closely with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with treatment doctors, hospital decision makers and key external experts. - Design and deliver territory activity plans informed by data and aligned to business priorities. - Share scientific knowledge and treatment guideline insights to support clinical decision making. - Execute multi-channel detailing and engagement approaches based on stakeholder preferences. - Track performance with clear KPIs and adapt plans to improve results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and amplify impact. Why You? Work arrangement: This role is on-site in Vietnam with regular travel to hospitals and events. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related clinical or life sciences field. - Minimum 3 years field experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs or similar healthcare role. - Proven experience engaging with hospital-based healthcare professionals and key decision makers. - Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and functional English for cross-team collaboration. - Ability to use data to inform territory planning and measure performance. - Commitment to act with integrity and to follow local laws, regulations and company standards. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare company. - Knowledge of hospital tendering, procurement or formulary processes in Vietnam. - Track record of successful multi-channel or digital detailing initiatives. - Experience launching new products or driving behaviour change among clinicians. - Strong planning and project management skills with attention to execution. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adapting plans when needed.
