Responsibilities
-As a BCBA, you will lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment.
-Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data
-Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
-Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
-Provide supervision and training to ABA staff
-Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards
Requirements
-Active BCBA certification and applicable New Jersey licensure (required)
-Strong applied ABA experience
-Experience in treatment planning and goal development
-Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively
