The Chief Engineer is responsible for the Engineering Operations of the BCA Materials & Processes Engineering Function (our Requirements, Tools and Processes) and the implementation of these across the BCA Programs (Functional Excellence).
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of Experience working in Materials & Processes in the production system.
Minimum of 10 years of Experience working in Materials & Processes with Engineering design teams.
Bachelor of Science in engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading (formal and/or informal) cross-functional engineering teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience and technical leadership on a development and production programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in an engineering field of study.
Production and development experience.
Experience with process definition and improvement initiatives, including MBE/MBSE.
Experience with presenting to program leaders and to customers.
