We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused Batcher / Driver to join the Heidelberg team in this full-time role at our Concrete Plant in Blayney, NSW.

The Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry.
In your new role with us, you will be:
Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant
Operating a front end loader (FEL) - Don't worry, we can train you for this!
Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries
Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for the business and the customer
Able to demonstrate safety and show coach and mentoring potential
Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling
Delivering concrete to customers (HR licence required)
This role is a great fit for you, if you:
Have a HR licence (essential)
Loader ticket and experience -preferred, but we can train the right person!

Hold a current Construction Card / White Card or are willing to obtain one

What we offer:
Base rate of $33.25 - $41.65 per hour plus super, penalty rates and allowances
Monthly RDO accrual and Weekly Pay Cycle
