What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Maintain accurate production records and verify material specifications
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
- Coordinate material deliveries and communicate effectively with drivers and team members
- Uphold all safety, quality, and environmental standards

- Capability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues proactively
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
