ROCKWOOL Group

Basic Operator (EN)

Roermond Full time

Would you like to work in a dynamic production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key? At our production site in Roermond, we are looking for a Basic Operator who, together with colleagues, contributes daily to achieving our production targets. Within our Operations department, you will work with processing machines in a professional and well-organized environment, where there is room to learn, take responsibility, and grow.

As a Basic Operator, you are an important link in the production process. You combine technical insight with a hands-on approach and, together with the team, ensure that machines are optimally set up, products meet quality standards, and the workplace remains safe and tidy. You will work in shifts (3-, 4-, or 5-shift systems) and be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collegiality are second nature.

Experience with production machines and following procedures is important, but we value your motivation, sense of responsibility, and willingness to further develop yourself just as highly.

Are you someone who likes to roll up your sleeves, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working in an industrial environment where no two days are the same? Then we offer you a promising position within an organization that invests in its people and where your contribution truly makes a difference. We would love to meet you!
