Vacancy Overview

Join the Sizewell C (SZC) project—one of the UK’s largest and most exciting megaprojects—and play a pivotal role in supporting the UK’s Net Zero ambitions. Following the success of Hinkley Point C, SZC has secured planning approval and government financing support and is now in construction and seeking private investment. Once completed, SZC will provide low carbon electricity to six million homes for 60 years.

As a Baseline & Change Manager, you will be at the heart of SZC’s Project Controls function, ensuring disciplined management of baselines and robust, consistent application of change control across the Delivery Programme. Working within the Programme Management Office (PMO), you will help ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the required quality.

About the opportunity:

The Baseline & Change Management discipline ensures the project’s scope, budget, forecasts, and schedule remain aligned with approved changes governed through the Investment Change Committee (ICC) model. As Baseline & Change Manager, you will support and advise on processes and procedures that underpin change control, working closely with Project Controls Managers, Change Engineers, and Delivery Teams.

You will help facilitate the change process, support preparation for ICC meetings, and maintain high-quality reporting and governance throughout the programme lifecycle.

We have two 'Baseline & Change Manager' positions available (multiple locations) - Suffolk based & London Based (with hybrid working available).
