About the location:

Provide a warm and engaging guest experience by interacting with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with legal and company policies.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation, requisitioning, and minimizing waste.
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with Four Seasons policies and local regulations.
Work closely with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Support cost control initiatives by following standard recipes and minimizing product waste.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
High School education or equivalent; certification in bartending or mixology preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
