About the location:

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are an advantage.
1–2 years of bartending and/or food & beverage service experience, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a high-pressure, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Greet guests warmly with eye contact, a smile, and gracious hospitality, using guest names whenever possible.
Ensure bar areas are stocked, organized, and immaculately clean at all times.
Maintain complete knowledge of menus, daily specials, and unavailable items.
Operate the hotel’s POS system, process transactions accurately, and follow cash and credit card procedures.
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and report outcomes to management.
Requisition, receive, and properly store beverages, juices, condiments, and bar supplies.
Perform opening and closing side duties, including setup, stocking, and cleaning.
Support service by bussing tables, resetting with proper linen, glassware, and silverware as needed.
Recognize and manage disruptive behavior discreetly and according to resort policies.
Assist colleagues and other departments when required to meet business and guest needs.
Adhere to all safety, emergency, and accident-reporting procedures.
Maintain grooming and personal presentation that reflect Four Seasons standards.
