About the Role

The Bartender at the Match Room delivers an exceptional bar and lounge experience by engaging warmly with guests, sharing expert beverage knowledge, and crafting high-quality cocktails in a high volume, fast paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Provide friendly, engaging, and intuitive service while guiding guests through the beverage menu using vivid descriptions of preparation methods, flavors, and origins
• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency and quality
• Accurately take and enter guest and server orders using the point of sale system, including special requests and preferences, while coordinating timing of beverage service
• Deliver beverages promptly and correctly to maintain quality and enhance the overall guest experience
• Anticipate guest needs, check for satisfaction throughout the experience, and resolve concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Operate efficiently in a high volume, fast paced bar environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Prepare garnishes, maintain bar presentation, and ensure cleanliness and organization of all bar and service areas
• Prepare, present, and close guest checks accurately, including processing cash and credit card transactions
• Support daily operational needs including bar setup, breakdown, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and leaders while adhering to Four Seasons standards and work rules

What You Bring

• Minimum of two years of bartending or related experience, required, with proven experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques
• A friendly, approachable, and guest focused demeanor with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a dynamic service setting
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with guests and team members
• Comfort processing cash and credit card transactions accurately

Schedule & Hours

• This position is a temporary, seasonal assignment running through July 19
• Open availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Scheduled up to approximately forty (40) hours per week based on business needs
