About the location:

Provide guests at the bar with distinguished and pleasant service in accordance with Four Seasons quality standards.

Adhere to the work schedule and uniform policy.

Anticipate guest requests.

Serve drinks with good knowledge of the beverage menu.

Have comprehensive knowledge of all products offered by the bar including wines, cocktails, beers, Armagnacs, Cognacs, brandies, and specialty drinks.

Perform both opening and closing bar services; set tables according to required standards.

Present the menu and each item while advising guests.

Use the hotel’s computer system (Micros) for billing, printing invoices, and processing payments correctly.

Carry trays, clear, and reset tables.

Keep the bar clean and organized during service.

Ensure every service detail is perfect and that each guest receives the highest quality service.

Make sure the bar is stocked at all times and that all opening and closing duties are properly completed.

Greet guests warmly, courteously, with eye contact, a smile, and professional appearance.

Answer the phone according to Four Seasons standards, make reservations accurately, and provide information about hotel services.
