About the location:

  • Provide guests at the bar with distinguished and pleasant service in accordance with Four Seasons quality standards. 
  • Adhere to the work schedule and uniform policy. 
  • Anticipate guest requests. 
  • Serve drinks with good knowledge of the beverage menu. 
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of all products offered by the bar including wines, cocktails, beers, Armagnacs, Cognacs, brandies, and specialty drinks. 
  • Perform both opening and closing bar services; set tables according to required standards. 
  • Present the menu and each item while advising guests. 
  • Use the hotel’s computer system (Micros) for billing, printing invoices, and processing payments correctly. 
  • Carry trays, clear, and reset tables. 
  • Keep the bar clean and organized during service. 
  • Ensure every service detail is perfect and that each guest receives the highest quality service. 
  • Make sure the bar is stocked at all times and that all opening and closing duties are properly completed. 
  • Greet guests warmly, courteously, with eye contact, a smile, and professional appearance. 
  • Answer the phone according to Four Seasons standards, make reservations accurately, and provide information about hotel services.
