About the role

The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in a refined and luxurious environment. This role prepares and serves beverages, crafts personalized drink experiences, and ensures that every interaction reflects the highest standards of service. With impeccable professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality, the Bartender maintains seamless bar operations while elevating the overall guest experience.

What you will do

Provide warm, personalized, and anticipatory service to all resort guests.
Engage guests professionally and offer curated recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain deep product knowledge of wines, spirits, champagnes, and mixology.
Create memorable moments by offering thoughtful touches, customised beverages, and warm, attentive service.
Ensure the bar is impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

What you bring

1–2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
Professional appearance with excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast‑paced setting.
