About the role

We are seeking a personable, skilled and service‑driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a key part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for creating engaging, memorable moments at the bar through exceptional service, quality beverages and a welcoming atmosphere. You will take pride in your craft, engage confidently with guests, and ensure every drink is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

You will play an important role in shaping the energy of the venue, supporting daily operations, and contributing to a polished, professional environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Working closely with fellow bartenders, waitstaff and leadership, you will help ensure seamless service during both relaxed and high‑volume periods.

What you will do

  • Provide warm, attentive and professional service to all guests at the bar.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients and preparation methods.

  • Engage with guests confidently, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to preferences.

  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing regulations and company standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar at all times.

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Support smooth service during busy periods through teamwork and clear communication.

  • Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage.

  • Uphold brand standards, hygiene regulations and operational procedures at all times.

What you will bring

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role.

  • A genuine passion for service, beverages and creating positive guest experiences.

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident and professional manner.

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation and quality.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

  • A team‑focused attitude with a proactive and reliable work ethic.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol) are required.

  • Cocktail knowledge or mixology experience is highly regarded.
