We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and energetic Bartender to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by serving high‑quality drinks with speed, accuracy, and personality. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
What you will do
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests
Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and promotions
Ensure the bar area is clean, well‑stocked, and presented at all times
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
Comply with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
What You’ll Bring
Previous bartending experience is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle busy service times
