About the role

We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and energetic Bartender to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by serving high‑quality drinks with speed, accuracy, and personality. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

What you will do

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard

  • Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests

  • Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and promotions

  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well‑stocked, and presented at all times

  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly

  • Comply with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards

  • Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate

  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

  • Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle busy service times
