What you have
High school diploma, equivalent, or higher
Previous hospitality experience
Minimum 1-year experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working on a team in a hospitality setting
Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads, and POS
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
A sense of ownership in everything that you do
What you’ll do
Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner
Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes
Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumable items
Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and other bar equipment
Run food from kitchen to bar and bar area to ensure guests receive their food in a timely manner
Provide guests with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and prices
Maintain opening and closing par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables
Assist in the receiving and unloading of bar items. Ensure proper stocking
Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, and bar storage area
Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned by the manager
Physical Demand

Ability to lift, pull 50 lbs
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to work long hours as needed
