We are seeking a warm, professional and guest‑focused Bar Server to join our Front‑of‑House team.
As a key part of the guest experience, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and vibrant bar environment, delivering attentive service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit. From recommendations and drink preparation to genuine conversation at the bar, your presence will help bring our hospitality to life.
You will serve beverages with confidence and care, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the bar. Whether it’s a relaxed drink or a busy service period, you will ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Bar, Floor, Kitchen and wider Front‑of‑House teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of service.
What you will do
Deliver warm, genuine and efficient service to all guests at the bar and surrounding areas.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in line with recipes, brand standards and licensing regulations.
Engage confidently with guests, offering recommendations and personalised service.
Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar at all times.
Handle orders and payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Monitor guest consumption responsibly and uphold all licensing and safety requirements.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and basic prep.
Work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Resolve guest requests or concerns with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
Uphold brand standards, core values and hygiene procedures at all times.
What you will bring
Previous experience as a Bar Server, Bartender or in a customer‑facing hospitality role.
A genuine passion for hospitality, drinks and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident and approachable manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Confidence preparing drinks and using POS systems accurately.
A proactive, positive attitude and a team‑focused mindset.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
