The job involves:

• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
• Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Setting up bars with juices, garnishes, mats and glassware
• Stocking and wiping down bars, emptying garbages, cleaning floors and refrigerators, and washing glassware
• Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Lifting up to 30 – 50 lbs; pushing and pulling weight up to 60 lbs repetitively throughout your shift
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Smart Serve certification
• The ability to successfully pass physical preplacement assessment
