At Four Seasons Hotel Pearl, the Banquet Supervisor ensures the flawless execution of all banquet events by leading and supporting the banquet team. This role is critical in maintaining Four Seasons’ legendary service standards and creating exceptional experiences for our guests during weddings, conferences, and special occasions.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Lead and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.
  • Communicate event details and requirements to staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor food and beverage service during events, addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, Culinary, and Events teams to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for banquet staff.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of banquet setup standards and service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
