About the role:
As the Lead Business Systems Analyst for the Banking platform, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we design, build and continuously improve the systems that support customer payments, repayments and finance operations across SLC. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring our Banking systems are aligned with business needs and delivered to a high standard.
In this senior role, you’ll lead our Business Systems Analysis capability—developing best practice, driving knowledge management, and building technical and analytical expertise across the team. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders, architecture colleagues and delivery partners to support complex digital services and guide decision‑making that preserves platform integrity.
What you bring:
Demonstrable expertise in business systems analysis, including process modelling, data analysis and requirements definition
Experience leading analysis and design for complex applications and system integrations
Excellent collaboration skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners
Solid understanding of agile delivery methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proven ability to mentor, develop and build capability within analysis teams
Demonstrable communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
Analytical and problem‑solving skills applied in fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments
Degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent industry experience
