Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) is responsible for managing CBA’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors, and provides a full range of capital raising, transactional and risk management products and services.
The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for developing and executing the IB&M Strategy and delivering on strategic projects. Prior examples include interest rate benchmark reform and centralization of Know Your Customer process.

The salary range for this role is from $110,000 to $150,000. The salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
