What is the opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Strategy Lead to oversee the growth and development of our Banking and Lending business within RBC US Wealth Management’s Independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channel. This role is critical to driving the adoption and expansion of our financial products and services among RIAs, helping them better serve their clients with innovative lending and banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the RIA landscape and the financial products designed to meet the needs of investors and their advisors. This role will require strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000-$190,000, (New York City), $94,000-$164,000, (Chicago), $85,000-$150,000, (Minneapolis) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
