Bancassurance Data and Reporting Junior Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to deliver regular sales reporting to sales, Bank Partner, Management, and related parties based on agreed SLA.
  • Responsible to deliver ad hoc reporting to support Bancassurance initiatives.  
  • Responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports delivery.
  • Responsible to regularly assess and review current process to improve SLA and increase efficiencies (e.g. by simplification, automation, etc)
  • Responsible for understanding systems and business process to support better reporting process and knowledge enrichment.
  • Responsible for documentation of current reporting process by ensuring the procedures and working instruction always updated based on the latest process.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • High competency in Ms. Excel
  • Good Communication skill to have good coordination with Bank Partner and related parties
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant working experience
  • Tech savvy, someone who is comfortable dealing with updated tools
  • High curiosity, especially when dealing with complex problem(s)
  • STEM background
