The Event Operations Logistics Team (EOLT) supports all organizational events with operation and logistical needs on a year-round basis. The EOLT provides operational support for Non-Gameday Special Events, Corporate Events, and Gameday Events including Ballpark set-up, pregame events, Game Entertainment needs, sponsorship activation, setting group meeting spaces, postgame concerts, non-gameday concerts, and Marketing/Ticket Sales Activations.
The Ballpark Management Team (BPMT) is a subset of the EOLT, that supports all major operations throughout Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. The BPMT consists of four (4) EOLT members + one (1) EOLT supervisor that ensures Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta are kept in pristine condition on a year-round basis, with the main focus on Atlanta Braves Homestands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Checking All Premium Spaces (conditions of spaces & furniture, has the correct furniture & placement, cleanliness, miscellaneous objects, objects out of place, etc.).
● Stanchions (quantity, condition, locations/queue lines, sign toppers, braided ropes, gold stanchions, and chrome stanchions).
● ADA Chairs (quantities, locations, and conditions).
● Gates (security tables, a-frames, giveaway tables, playbill racks/playbills, premium lobbies, and miscellaneous objects/furniture).
● Concourses (giant baseballs, highboy tables, smoking sections, miscellaneous objects/furniture).
● All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Must be available to work every gameday at Truist Park (you will not be limited to only gameday shifts).
● Attention to detail.
● Willingness to work in a team environment.
● Must have excellent communication and people skills.
● Well organized and able to prioritize, coordinate, and manage simultaneous tasks/projects.
● Duties may fall on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
